I dropped off the face of the planet when I got injured. The thought of actively participating in a running forum was more and more depressing. After months of taking it easy and working with Dr. Brady in Provo (at times I believe he practices in ancient torture techniques) who once again brought me out of an injury. I'm not quite to 100% yet, but I was able to put in 3.5 miles with 1/2 a mile at the tempo I was running before I was injured. I am working on my gait so that my injury doesn't repeat itself and also starting a new cross training routine. |
